Muscular Endurance Exercises

Quick 8 minute workout

This is a key building block of fitness. These exercises are desined to increase your ability to move your body or an object repeatedly without getting tired. You will increase your metabolism and muscular stamina. These exercises will not increase muscle size but without them you will greatly hinder your ability and exercises desined for hypertrophy

break timer 0s 10s

Click Start on the first exercise until it says finished the timer should start atomaticly after a 10 second pause. If you feel you would like to do more then one round hit the middle timer before starting again. I would not advise this unless you are in very excellent condition.
