Starting a fitness program can be confusing. One study will tell you to do only this thing and another will tell you to never do that thing. Eat only this, another says never eat that. They all have pictures of people who seem super fit and happy? If you are confused by all the different information online or in books, you are not alone. There are so many devices, apps and websites, intended to attract attention, publicity, or business that the truth is obscured. This is why I created the pkchallenge. A simple approach to getting in shape, with nutrition information, exercise and common sense. Maybe you can not afford a membership or personal trainer. Maybe you bought some equipment for home but have no idea what you are doing. Maybe, you are tired of doing the same video and feel defeated because you can not keep up.
So how is this site different than the rest? Well first it is free because I have not forgotten where I came from. I do have a store and some ads on my site but the info and plan is free. The tools are free and I used web technology to make it simple. Most people want to get in shape not become a certified nutritionist or personal trainer. Sure my site has info even they would find interesting because I have done a ton of research. Do not worry I have done a lot of coding on the website to make it a simple as possible! Health and fitness are determined by diet and exercise. Diet consists of 3 parts
What is the basic idea? well start by setting a date to start and look at brain training for help changing habits, on the start date goto the weekly plan set your cheat day I like wednesday, do the morning workout then after a week or two add the cardio and gym. I alternate monday gym | tuesday cardio | wednesday off |thursday gym |friday cardio | weekend diet only no workout I also do the morning workouts monday | tuesday | thusday | friday as well. 8 minutes in the morning and 30 to 40 minutes in the evening
