Eat Better, Live Better - Your Worth It!

There are several reasons to eat better ( live longer, live better, look better, feel better, because your worth it ) but it does not have to feel impossible. Always give yourself one and only one cheat day a week so you can wait not wish for that one delectable. Eat small snack size amounts through out the day and count the calories in a small notebook or something. Exercise everyday the diet will fuel the work and you will start to see the difference when you cheat, like a car with cheap fuel. Most importent have fun and you will see how healthy living amplifies it. Honor yourself - you wouldn't wear dirty cloths to church or put cheap gas in a prize sport car? Why would you treat you own body with less respect? Why would you let others do that to you?

Fruits should not be eaten before bed. While, Dairy and Grain should only be consumed in the morning

A Better Diet

  • Eat more often 5 or 6 times a day.

  • Eat small portions think snack size not meal and only a certain amount of calories per day.

  • Eat the right things and at the right times of the day.
